Strategist

Planning and organizing the posting schedule for social media content. This involves determining the optimal timing and frequency of posts to maximize reach and engagement.

Regularly monitoring (I operate in an “always on” realm where my goal is to respond to each engagement as fast as possible) social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions. Responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and engaging with the audience in a timely and professional manner.

Building and maintaining a positive online community around the brand. This involves fostering conversations, encouraging user-generated content, moderating discussions, and ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.

Developing engaging and relevant content to be published on social media platforms. This may include writing copy, creating visuals, directing and shooting photo/ video content at photoshoots/ from daily operations and selecting multimedia elements.

Working closely with other teams or departments within the organization, such as marketing, content, design, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and maintain a consistent brand voice. (Doing this all on my own or with owner/ manager if said organization does not exist within the business).

Collaborating with the marketing team (or owner/ manager) to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns. This includes targeting specific audiences, creating ad copy and visuals, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing for desired outcomes.

Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate the performance of posts, campaigns, and overall platform engagement. This helps in identifying trends, measuring the effectiveness of strategies, and making data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Staying up-to-date with the latest features, algorithm changes, and trends on various social media platforms. This knowledge helps in adapting strategies, leveraging new tools, and staying ahead of the competition.
